Connect your own domain

Shopify-style

Your tutor website lives at <slug>.exampro.app by default. Want it at yourname.com instead? Here's the whole process — about 10 minutes.

1 · Buy a domain

Any registrar works (Namecheap, GoDaddy, Hostinger, Whois…). You can also start free with your <slug>.exampro.app subdomain and add your own domain later.

2 · Connect it in your tutor hub

Open the “Your domains” section of your tutor hub and enter your domain (e.g. myclass.com). Don't worry about www — we handle that automatically.

3 · Point your DNS at ExamPro

At your registrar, create a DNS record so your domain points to exampro.app. Use a CNAME for subdomains (like www), or an A record for the bare (apex) domain pointing to the same IP as exampro.app.

4 · Verify

Back in your tutor hub, press “Verify”. We run a live DNS check (a few minutes after you save the record). Once verified, your site is live on your domain — no code, no hosting setup.

5 · Share it everywhere

Put your domain on your CV, WhatsApp status, school notice boards and social bios. Learners who visit it see your packages and can enrol directly.

⚠️ Common pitfalls

  • • DNS changes can take minutes to hours to propagate — wait a bit, then verify again.
  • • For a bare domain (myclass.com) your registrar may not offer CNAME — use an A record pointing to the same IP as exampro.app.
  • • Don't connect a domain you don't own — we verify ownership via DNS before serving your site.
  • • Each domain can belong to only one tutor.
